Teen Programs
The North Bay Public Library offers a number of programs and events for those aged 13 - 17 including our Teen Advisory Group and Teen Summer Book Club.

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)
Our Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is a volunteer opportunity for teens who use the library. By joining this group, teens earn volunteer hours by helping to develop the library's collection (both physical and digital), help plan programs, and give input on library space.
Next meeting: Thursday July 23, 6-7PM in the Board Room (lower level of the library)
This will be an in person meeting. Meet and chat with others, pick out some books, and eat some snacks!

Puzzle and Board Game Swap!
Our puzzle and board game swap is back!
Bring your gently used board games and/or jigsaw puzzles to the library auditorium on Saturday July 4th between 1-3PM and receive a swap ticket for each item (up to a maximum of 5 tickets). You can then use your swap tickets to “buy” new-to-you puzzles and games!
This is a drop-in style event.
- Please ensure your swap items are clean and have all of their pieces.
- All piece counts, styles, formats, and player ages are welcome.
- Puzzle pieces should be sealed in a clear plastic bag inside the box.
Teen D&D: Arcane Moon
Something strange is happening at your local high school and it all seems to have to do with an upcoming fashion show. Luckily, you and your friends aren’t just normal high schoolers, you’re the type to fight crime and triumph over evil! It won’t be too hard to get to the bottom of this… or will it? Arcane Moon is a Magical Girl inspired adventure along the lines of Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura etc.
Join us for this special summer D&D "one-shot" for ages 13-17 on Friday July 10 and July 24 from 1-3PM in the Board Room.

Bad Art Night!
Our ever popular Bad Art Night is back!
Sign up to join us on Tuesday July 21 from 6-7:30 PM in the library auditorium. Art supplies and canvases will be provided - all you need to bring is your creativity!
All ages are welcome!
Supplies are limited. Everyone wishing to participate must register individually.

Movie Matinee at the Library - Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Calling all cinema buffs! Join us on Saturday July 25 from 12:30-3PM in the Auditorium for an afternoon showing of the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail!
Prior to the show we’ll have a brief discussion of some cool facts and context about the film!
This is a free event open to ages 16+. Snacks will be provided.

It's time for Book Bingo!
