The North Bay Public Library offers a number of programs and events for those aged 13 - 17 including our Teen Advisory Group and Teen Summer Book Club.

Ghostly Gallery
Join us on Wednesday October 9 from 6-7:30PM in the library auditorium to create your very own ghostly art!
This free program is for those aged 12 and up.
Everyone wishing to create a ghostly portrait MUST register individually.
Space and supplies are limited. Please register in advance.

Really Loud Libraians (the game!)
Have you ever wanted to be LOUD in the library? Now is your big chance!
Come join us in the library auditorium on Thursday, October 17th from 6-7:30PM to play REALLY LOUD LIBRARIANS (the game)!
This event is drop-in style, with two games available. Bring a group or play with others attending!
All ages are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Teen Advisory Group (TAG)
Our Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is a volunteer opportunity for teens who use the library. By joining this group, teens earn volunteer hours by helping to develop the library's collection (both physical and digital), help plan programs, and give input on library space.
Next meeting: October 24, 6-7PM
This will be an in person meeting. Meet in the Mezzanine Room, chat with others, pick out some books, and eat some snacks!
Spooky Book Bingo!
It's time for another Book Bingo night - but this one is SPOOKY!
Join us on Tuesday October 29 from 6-7PM in the library auditorium.
We are encouraging you to come out dressed up in your Halloween costume if you wish, and there will be special treats available!
Come out, play Bingo, see if you win! All supplies provided. All ages are welcome.
Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Pumpkin Parade!
Drop in to the library auditorium on Wednesday October 30 between 6-8PM to view our Pumpkin Parade!
What's a pumpkin Parade? It's a chance to see all sorts of decorated pumpkins!
Want to see YOUR pumpkin in the parade? Drop off your decorated pumpkin to the main desk on Tuesday October 29th BEFORE 8PM.
Our Pumpkin Parade will also include a table of "Gross Out Boxes" to touch some slimy/strange things! There will also be a treat to take home. Come in costume if you wish!
This is a family friendly event, and it's free! Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
