Read, Sing, Play
Join us for a preschool program filled with music, stories, and crafts.
For ages 1-5 years with their parent/caregiver on Thursdays from 10:30 - 11AM in the Children's Storyroom.
This program will run from April 9 to May 14, 2026.
This is a free, drop-in style program.
Giant Games Day! (PD Day event)
🎉🎲 GIANT GAMES DAY – Big Fun Awaits! 🎲🎉
Get ready for an afternoon full of oversized fun at the North Bay Public Library! Join us on April 17th for our Giant Games Day, where classic board games come to life in giant formats! 🌟
🎮 What’s in store?
- Play your favourite board games—but bigger and better! Think Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, and Giant Chess—all in the library’s auditorium!
- Challenge your friends, family, and fellow players to epic battles of skill, strategy, and fun!
- The more, the merrier—grab your team and get ready to roll the dice on a whole new level! 🎲💥
🕑 Date: April 17th
🕑 Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
📍 Where: Auditorium
👦👧 Ages: 5 – 12 (Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
💵 Cost: FREE (Just bring your game face!)

- Parents and guardians must stay with children under 12 at all times.

Mother's Day Card Making - FULL
💐💌 Mother's Day Card Making 💌💐
Celebrate the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and caregivers in your life with a handmade card straight from the heart! Join us on May 5th, from 6:00-7:30pm in the Mezzanine Room for a relaxed and creative crafting program perfect for all ages.
🌸✂️Whether you prefer something colourful and playful or sweet and sentimental, there will be plenty of materials to bring your ideas to life.🌸✂️
Participants will have the chance to explore a wide variety of craft supplies, including cardstock, decorative paper, stamps, stickers, markers, and more, to design one-of-a-kind Mother's Day cards.
💖 This program is an excellent opportunity to get creative, express appreciation, and make a meaningful gift💖
